The best multi/genre music live show going around is Later with Jools Holland. Plenty of new favorites are first seen on this show. What are some of the epic performances you've seen?
On TV i remember seeing Gnarles Barkley playing a slowed down version of Crazy (epic)
A performance of the Beta Band playing "Human Being" and "Broke" single handedly got me into them.
Paranoid Android by Radiohead was probably the most impressive live performance by a band on the show.
The Verve really blew me away also with their performance of Urban Hymns songs with the orchestra. Also from the Verve Nick Mccabe's guitar playing prowess shone though with a favorite song in "Life's an Ocean". Thankfully lots of memorable pefromances clips are luckily on youtube for all to still enjoy!
