Got to say for two teams wanting to make it back to champions league, they are severely lacking quality

Gallagher is a big weak link in that Chelsea midfield

You don't half talk a load of shite sometimes. Gallagher was excellent, as was James, Chilwell and Fernandez. It was a massive improvement on last season and if you add Casceido to that midfield they will compete for top 4.

Liverpool have quality all over the park but need to sign a DM so Mac Allister can play a little more forward and cover for TAA.

Bissouma has looked a lot better today.
Why does Ange not rate Højbjerg? Too negative with his passing?

Spurs lack leadership. Son not an obvious choice to be captain. Subbed off and VC Madison took the armband. A successful team usually has several candidates for captain. I don't think Spurs have any right now.

Palming the ball away? His arm was tucked in and it was incredibly close to him. The only reason there is stupidity and confusion with the handball rule is because people like you say everything should be a handball.
This is not a natural position

Needs to be someone who can slot in right away. I don't see Lavia as the answer right now unless he is signed as a secondary backup. Lavia is going to take months to settle in if he were to be signed.

If only Taylor could do that when your defender got away with palming the ball away. Imagine the melts if the reverse happened.
Liverpool's bad decision going against them streak stretches longer than Essendon's 'last time since they won a final' one. You are long overdue something going against you. Suck it up, you have 37 games of referee favouritism to look forward to and the magical ability to never give away a penalty at Anfield to call upon as well.

Should be a straight forward game for us given how much of a mess Wolves are in currently.

But again because it is us they'll turn up and play well above their level.
you would think we should cruise this but after how we started last season...

Gallagher was shite in the first half, he gave away the ball two or three times in dangerous positions.

Both teams huffed and puffed but both lacked quality. Chelsea up front and in midfield, Liverpool in the midfield big time.

Yeah i thought Gallagher while he tried hard just hasnt got the skill set to play in the CM.

I would describe it as two good teams putting pressure on each other to force some errors, some good defending, a couple of players out of their ideal position for now, and both teams needing DM signings to allow other players to prosper. Plenty of quality in both sides though.

Both teams need more than that to be able to challenge. Chelsea are being talked up by the usual suspects in the media but in reality how was it any different to last year? They huffed and puffed and scored a scrappy goal, while looking relatively toothless up front. If this was Everton then the Journalists would be laying into us, kind of like how they did on the weekend for us not being able to score a goal.

The difference from last season was that Chelsea appear to have a game plan and players committed to it. James and Sterling look to have a good understanding pushing forward on the right. Chilwell on the left.

Comparisons with Everton do not fare well. Only 41% of possession at home against another relegation contender vs 65% for Chelsea against a top 4 challenger.

Which Everton players would have got into either of these teams?

Fulham is a relegation contender? Now who is talking s**t.

Fulham is a relegation contender?

Yep, along with Luton, Everton, Sheff U, Wolves, Forest, Burnley.

Yet, weirdly you are having a crack at two of the better teams for lack of quality. Which Everton players would have got into either of the Chelsea or Liverpool teams?

You might as well include everyone but the top 6 then if you're putting Fulham in relegation candidates. Utter piffle.

You are avoiding your claim that Chelsea and Liverpool lack quality. Which Everton players would have got into either of the Chelsea or Liverpool teams?

Because it's irrelevant to the discussion at hand and nothing more than a pathetic attempt at trolling from someone ill equipped to have a discussion.
