Sorted mate. How does a discussion about Everton's quality, which we know from last season is at a low base have any bearing on Chelsea/Liverpool needing more quality?

It's a rolling scale.
To the question. Pickford over Sanchez.

Because it's irrelevant to the discussion at hand and nothing more than a pathetic attempt at trolling from someone ill equipped to have a discussion.

Isn't your repeated claim on here that someone isn't arguing the evidence? You were the one who first mentioned Everton.

The discussion was about about you saying Chelsea and Liverpool don't have quality players. Which Everton players would have got into either of the Chelsea or Liverpool teams?

I mentioned the press and their hyping up Chelsea despite the same huffing and puffing and their lack of critical thought, meanwhile the same press slated us for not improving. That was that, it had nothing to do with our quality, it was a reference to the press only.

You didn't really offer a counter argument to what I said apart from that they were 'huffing and puffing'. Two sets of players put pressure on each other to create mistakes and chances. There were also moments of quality going forward from both teams. I appreciated the skills on display but I'll leave it at that if you disagree.

You don't half talk a load of shite sometimes. Gallagher was excellent, as was James, Chilwell and Fernandez. It was a massive improvement on last season and if you add Casceido to that midfield they will compete for top 4.

Liverpool have quality all over the park but need to sign a DM so Mac Allister can play a little more forward and cover for TAA.
James was ok, it's so funny how he gets a pass though but if the same goal happened to us TAA would have been shat on repeatedly.

Where is James for the goal they concede? Pretty poor defending if im honest.

Yeah i thought Gallagher while he tried hard just hasnt got the skill set to play in the CM.
I don’t think he’s great on the ball but felt he grew into the game and broke up Liverpool attacks/intercepted pretty well. You can definitely still upgrade on him.

Difference yesterday as well was that James was great on the ball. TAA has defensive deficiencies because he’s great on the ball. He was disappointing yesterday on that front too.

Felt the same about Chelsea starting slowly but growing into.

Thought they were awful and in for a long season at the start but could definitely see signs by the end of the match.

Get Caicedo in (replacement for Loftus Cheek so doesn't count), get Gallagher out (don't agree he was good) and it will be interesting to see what they can do.
As I mentioned just above, Gallagher great in breaking play up than on the ball. Chelsea looked exciting to watch to me which is a massive upgrade on last season.

Harsh on wolves, but you have to take your chances against relegation candidates.

It will be a good start to the season for Ange when he has Spurs sitting on 4 points after the opening 2 league fixtures.
