Have to start somewhere mate. Lampard, no Hazard, plus a very different lineup to last season and relying on players from within the club. We’re not exactly coming out and making the final 4 of the CL in the first season. Liverpool of 5 years ago weren’t that crash hot either..

Chelsea have been the better team, 2 bars and have opened us up on more than a few occasions.

Pogba and McTominay in midfield isn’t working, Lingard non existent and Martial = most frustrating player to watch.

Hoping for a better 2nd half from us, somehow we lead 1-0 at the break.

it's effectively a free hit for chelsea with the transfer ban and inexperienced manager and lineup. no expectations and the chance to finally see if some of these guys like mount are actually good enough

DDG perhaps. But Alisson and Ederson are pretty much just as good. Pogba, no chance. Tons of talent but none of the rest. He couldnt fulfill the demands in midfield for Klopp or Pep. Maguire... probs not either.

Chelsea aren't very good defensively and they also look short of goals up top. Will be interesting to see how they go this season. Rookie manager too in the top flight.
