Depends on when they tested positive, that information hasn't been released yet. 10 days after a positive result another test is taken and if that's negative they are good to go.

There's word that the players who tested negative can play so long as their latest test is still negative as it will have been 10 days since their original test and contact with the positive players.

They would be, the current strain has a very fast incubation period. Another reason it spreads quicklly.

Villa did have 10 positives. No report on what date they were tested, they will all need to isolate for 10 days and return a negative to play Spurs.

Fulham-Chelsea already pushed back 24 hours so looks like it's happening. As much as it sucks for Fulham I think it's the right move.
Zero sympathy for them not being happy about it, knew the day before about their covid results and didn't keep us abreast of this.
We had our players sitting in the lodge up to 2-3 hours from the game waiting for news if it was going ahead.

The PL should be in charge of this. Laughable that clubs can keep that sort of information quiet. Should be full transparency of the testing results of all clubs in the competition

The premier League is in charge of it. They probably didn't tell Spurs the game was off until they did because they were waiting for test results back. And everyone's preference would have been to play the game.
