I don't think so. Arsenal and City will battle out a close one again and the battle for spots 3 to 10 will be really tight.
No idea how a hand to the face is often (rightly) a red card, but Joelinton does this and its ignored, and Bruno elbowed Jorginho in the back of the head off the ball but clear on camera and didn't get a yellow.
Are the refs turning a blind eye because of the big pay day the Saudi and UAE are giving them to officiate games over there?
