guendouzi was their best midfielder. it's a massive leap in quality from what he is used to, but at least he didnt shy away from the game. where was xhaka? where were his more experienced team mates? absolutely nowhere to be seen.
Xhaka is awful, slow cant pass cant do much good

There's only one match that matters this week.

I have been waiting for this one for a good while now, and what circumstances! The only two midland clubs, and we're both looking the goods?

Anyway... pffft, Wolves couldn't even break 100 points. They got whalloped by the worst team in the division with nothing to play for. This lot reminds me of QPR in a way.

They have aspirations to be the best in the Midlands? Get in line, fellas!

(But really, this is pretty much my matchup of the season. Finally a local game that feels great).

Pretty big game for us, considering our run of next 5 fixtures (we never have an easy start to a PL Season it seems).

From what I've heard today, Anderson will be the #10, Sanchez will play, and 2 of Antonio, Noble, Rice to go to the bench at the very least.

Surely we change things in midfield after City.

I'd gladly take a point against Chelsea.
I am ambivalent. Arsenal will need luck to make top 4, the other 5 seem to have such depth that they could withstand injuries and hence we will finish 6th again.

Would be huge news if it's season ending. City have the depth to cover him but it's not easy to replace quality like him.

Crappy news, but not the end of the world.

Bernardo has been in great form and will get opportunities to play through the middle. Mahrez now looking a more important addition than before.

KDB was so good in the really big games, so hopefully not out for too long.

Would be terminal for most clubs losing their best player for that long, but I doubt it will effect City one bit

If only they had quality midfielders to replace him.
