Van De Ven out for Spurs is a bigger loss than most realise. Dragusin has been passable but VDV is something else with his pace and physicality

In isolation losing away at Newcastle isn’t an awful result but Spurs have played well enough to probably have 9 points. Next up Arsenal then they hit the period with European games where no doubt they’ll have some flat performances.
Only a few games in but a loss in the NLD could really ramp some pressure up on them. Not sure when he’s due back but watching that today they desperately need Solanke back and for him to hit the ground running.
