You wanted more of a check after Masuaku grabbed Bruno by the throat, Bruno dipped his head to Masuaku but then thought better of it? And then not long after, Masuaku went studs first on AWB and even made sure to kick the back of AWB’s heel. So yes, VAR took all of 2 secs.... Weird.

Kepa is absolute dogshit. Yeah, the first two goals were amazing hits but world class keepers make world class saves. He’s incapable of doing that, hence why so many of them go in. Even the third goal, he doesn’t even move. Fast forward three minutes later and Alisson saves basically the same kind of point blank shot from Willian. That’s the difference.

Don’t get me wrong, our defence is garbage too and doesn’t help but Kepa is just not good enough.

Third goal he could definitely have done better but putting any blame on him for either of the first two is confirmation bias imo.
