EPL Matchday 38

Villa Park.
90th minute.
Chelsea lead 1-0. Liverpool and Leicester are winning their games.

Suddenly Ollie Watkins is through on goal.
As he sprints towards Mendy, a figure appears from the sideline and takes him down with a heavy tackle.

Watkins, confused, looks up to see what idiot fan has interfered in the game.

But it is no fan.

It's John Terry.

Would love unlimited subs for this. Give the senior squad 30 minutes in front of a home crowd, then play the kids. No injuries, no fatigue. Lift the trophy and go home.

Result isn't really important to us.

Sounds like life in the Prem if ESL was up and going…only difference bring it would be season long. Thank **** that’s dead and buried hey?

A win for Leeds will take them past Wolves' 2018/2019 points total.

They would rank #2 in the PL era for total points for a newly promoted side in a 38 game season.

Just need a point, but if Spurs lose we should have 6th wrapped up regardless.

Got a good record against Southampton at home and they shouldn't have much to play for.

He then repeats 2012 getting in all the Chelsea CL photos despite not actually being on the team sheet for the match.

Well lets be fair here, given 2 of last season's promoted club's got relegated, and Raphinha and Rodrigo aside, it's still almost the same Leeds squad that won promotion last season, it's a very good achievement, one worth praise worthy even for non LUFC fans..

Obviously there is fears of 2nd season burn out like the Blunts this season, but FFS least we have ambitions for success and future as a newly promoted club's going fowards, which is a lot better imo that annoying play it safe yo-yo club's like Norwich, who are in the top flight one season, relegated the next.

You spent almost 100m on signings.

You spent almost 100m on signings.

So what ? Promoted club's need to spend that kind of coin if they want to stay up. Why should we be criticized for having good and sensible owners ? Man Utd are planning to spend over 100 million quid on Harry Kane (if they succeed) at any rate.

Stuart Dallas (in most Leeds fans eyes) has been our player of the season, has been with us since 2015.

This whole Leeds spent big to stay up is a load of horseshit and quite frankly disrespectful to our players and Bielsa.
