Interesting projection....I've bore witness to 12 Premier League titles under Fergie to over-take the so-called mighty Liverpudlians....It's all calm blue ocean here.

Everton are the habitual underachieving Premiership side, never quite doing anything of note but just hanging on in there.

I think it's 4. Only team to miss as well. All 7 other teams have 1. The other 12 do not have a penalty yet.
