You'd think so now.That's a real shame.
The title is City's to lose from here (you would think)

One injury should make the difference of 15 points. Still Liverpool's too lose but it is more open nowThat's a real shame.

And the end result is spending a fortune (but not much in net terms given the Hazard/Morata money) and haven't fixed what was IMV by far the weakest area,
No. You replaced academy players you jizzed over last season.
If they were good enough they wouldn't need to be replaced in the starting XI.
Why would I complain about you insufficiently improving the squad? Long may it continue.
Weird reply.
That's a real shame.

It is now VVD is out for the season. Before that I was still backing us in to win the league pretty comfortably.absolutely. ancelotti should be as well. arteta too. this is a very open, unpredictable season.
Probably wasnt a consideration at all. He was shoved into another Everton player after passing the ball and there was little contact. Milner was ready to come on, there was communication by the physio that he might have to come off. If the ball was in play it might have been a foul and possibly a yellow.
Comparing it to the Richarlison/Pickford challenges is simply laughable.
Yeah it's easy for me. VAR to be used for penalties, blatant offsides that get missed and red card offences. Millimetre offsides shouldnt even be looked at.
Don't think we will do it, Spurs have a huge shot.absolutely. ancelotti should be as well. arteta too. this is a very open, unpredictable season.
The problem is then, where do you draw the line? You make it subjective, whoever is driving the VAR then gets to decide whats offside and what isn't.
Just because you get a shove doesn't mean you can lunge studs up into the nearest opponent. I agree, if the ball was near it would have been a foul and a yellow card - like the Luke Shaw 'tackle' on Lucas Moura. But the ball was nowhere near. Was a red card offence just like the Richarlison and Pickford challenges.
Come on, take the red specs off. He clearly kicked out.He didnt challenge at all, was pushed / taken out by an opponent after passing the ball. There was no lunge, only a collision caused by another Everton player.
You have forgotten one of the most important rules of football - a Liverpool player never does anything wrong and if you think they have done wrong it is always someone else faultCome on, take the red specs off. He clearly kicked out.
I guess the real question Art Vandelay_ is is it the system or the players when it comes to our dodgy defense under Lampard.
Its diabolical at times

yeah robertson quite clearly kicked out when he was nudged over. could've/should've been 3 reds.

Kicking out isnt necessarily a red card. Only if accompanied by force. It was his opponent that created the contact, not him. Reckless with the studs, possible yellow. Gomes also kicked out at Salah later in the game from behind but with not enough force to get a red.
David Beckham 2nd yellow vs Argentina a perfect example.
