After the tough run of fixtures, things ease up a little. Need to be going full throttle and winning the game quickly.

Another fascinating round of football. Arsenal MUST beat West Ham otherwise, last week's heroics mean f**k all.

It's going to be hard for the Gunners given that West Ham may well be galvanised by the arrival of Nuno Espírito Santo.

Chelsea v Liverpool is going to be a cracker after they both lost and of course, there is the little matter of Champions league to factor in.

Chelsea play Benfica at home in a game they have to go for because they are pointless in that competition and Liverpool, are away at Galatasaray, a game you'd think Liverpool should win. Chelsea would want at least a point against Liverpool given their position on the table.

Arsenal have Olympiacos at home and I reckon Olympiacos will go double decker bus defence seeing as they have a point from their previous Champions league game and another would be priceless. This fixture is pretty good for Arsenal if Olympiacos do park a couple of busses as Arsenal won't be asked to run hard all over the pitch but instead, just push and move which shouldn't take much out of them for West Ham but make no mistake, West Ham is a danger game.

Newcastle probably should be winning this match, how they played in the CL this week showed more than enough meanwhile the less said about Forest the better after going down to FC Midtjylland. Wouldn't shock me to see a Toon 3-0 or 4-1 win.
