In the last 6 weeks, Foden has delivered the 2nd most crosses of all players (43).
The highest number of successful crosses (15).
The highest number of CC (17) for a grand total of 1 assist.

He's 4th for % of chance involvements (34%) for all players who've played over 500 minutes in the last 6 weeks...
...and 5th for Midfielders (in this game) for % of shots while on field, and 5th for total shots. (Although low on SiB and BC's).

Leeds at home this week.

Nothing wrong with Xhaka at all either of course!...
...but Rice, Bruno, Minteh and yeah, Xhaka to a certain extent are really the only consistent Mids. The rest are all having the odd massive game.
Im going to hang on an wait for Phil's. 🤞

100% if you already have him I wouldn't trade him moreso I wouldn't be trading into him especially if you're doing it with a player worth 10 mill and have much better options

👍

It's probably worth noting that almost half of the Sunderland squad pack their bags for Africa in a couple of weeks.
No idea how this will affect Xhaka's scoring (might even help him rack up defensive points?), but with games @LP, @MC, @ Bighton, Spurs and Brentford...
...and home games v. NC and MC...
(Leaving a home game with Leeds)...

...as well as they have been going, I can see them losing 6 or 7 of their next 8.
Xhaka has scored 8 and 5 in the two losses he's played in.

Traded Gomez to Harvey Barnes as another cash grab.

Thinking about Semenyo to Saka. I already have Calafiori and Rice. Is this too much Arsenal?

99 last week and somehow went up 400 places to 1.4k.

Bench cover a little thin this week with no Cunha or Rodri.

Odegaard and Martinelli back playing, and very busy schedule from now until NY.
Most good teams in the same boat tho of course...
...but I suspect that if he's fit Semenyo definitely plays more minutes over the next 6 weeks.
(Which doesn't necessarily equate to points, obviously! )

Never mind Foden was in his up week
Traded him in :) Was not entirely confident but at the price i thought he was worth a shot. A win so far.

Sitting on 2/35 from Haaland (vc) & Foden. Might give Salah the captaincy against a poor West Ham defence.

It wasn't quite the 30 I was hoping for, but I'll take it... 🥳

It's been coming. I think Salah might do some damage tonight too. 👍
(Not an option for me unfortunately. I'll probably go for a 'safe' 10 or so from Fernandes.
Minteh also an option...)

Iwobi has been a terrible pick. Playing a central midfield role. Has been creating chances lately, but I watched most of the game today and he was rarely involved.
The best I can say is that he'll be a decent loop for a few weeks when he's away...

Garner surprisingly poor at home (along with most of his team-mates). Was averaging a tick over 11ppg at home...

Semenyo had 3 descent shots, created 4 chances and had a 0.60 xGI...
He was always coming back to Earth, but it's been a decent thud!

53 with 6 to come.

126 for me. Up to 750th.

Hopefully the Arsenal and Palace defences have a poor stretch... 😎

Semenyo could easily have had a couple of assists, so yeah, low priority I reckon.

A complete rest was probably better for Salah owners (if there are any left) than a 1 or 2 point cameo, but Wirtz looked a different player without him... 👀

103 points, that moved me up in the rankings again into the top 2k.

I traded in Munoz who looks like a must have defender and put the C on him after VC Haaland failed and he scored less than him.

To fund the Munoz trade I traded Mbeumo to Watkins and Watkins got benched but at least Mbeumo scored only 2 points as well.

Thank god for Foden and Fernandes for saving that round from being a total disaster, just a shame I didn't put the VC/C on them.

Playing the short term cash game this week

Wirtz -> Zirkzee (West Ham + Wolves) hopefully can get a goal or assist 2 scores of 10 sees him make around 3 million by next week

Kevin -> Lewis Miley

Hopefully Igor Thiago has a quiet week with Arsenal and Spurs and I can flick them both off next week and get him in

Definitely not knocking the theory, but both Kuhna and Jacob Murphy are likely to start in the upcoming games.
Hopefully you don't sacrifice too many points to build the bank balance.

Burn and VVD are rock bottom price-wise...
...and keep an eye out for Michael Kayode after this game week. 😎

Wish I could get a handle on the Mids.
Can't find a 4th let alone a 5th banana who's likely to get on a run.

I would be way too scared to bet against Timber specifically or Palace defence haha

Funny you say...

I just assumed that the majority of top 500 teams had bulk assets from both/either, but I'm genuinely surprised that both Munoz and Timber are under 10% owned! 😲

There's clearly a lot of "ghost" teams who have given up, which skews the numbers, but even looking at teams in the top 100, VDV is clearly higher owned than Timber. 🤯

Palace do worry me tho. 11 games in the next 5 weeks!... and haven't won a EPL game following a European mid-week all season. They're getting tired.
(75% expecting Mateta to have a rest v. a very winnable Wolves...and there will be multiple 60-70 minute games...
...I still think he'll score ok! 🤞)

I'm set on trading out Cucurella this week, and I guess I've got a few hours to decide where to put the funds.
Timber and bank on Arsenal? (I don't think they'll keep Brentford out)...
...or VDV, who gives me ~5mil....

...because I agree with Foxman98 that Thiago could score one million points from 16-23...
...but I don't share his optimism on a price crash. [Could have a huge b/e coming into the Leeds game, but I'd want his points and take the price hit].

Would have been a lot simpler if Semenyo had have scored his penalty and Evanilson didn't miss an absolute dolly Saturday night. 🤬
