This is ******ed. Lucas must play every game because he is epically good. He was our player of the season last year. Does the simple things, is smart, tackles everything. One of the best CM's in the league, no way do you drop him for Spearking. Just silly stuff AC and goes a long way to proving my suspicions that you dont watch a whole lot of LFC.

I dont think we wanted to sell Mascherano, Alonso or Torres. Torres and Masch forced our hand and Rafa pretty much forced Xabi out. Out of the three, Xabi never wanted to leave IMO.

Were not a selling club like some of you are suggesting though. LFC will never be a selling club.

Wouldn't even be the best pure DM in the league, that speaks for itself. Don't get me wrong, I think he's good, but **** you're delusional.

wouldn't get a start either of the other top 6 clubs.
don't think you'll find many who disagree with that assessment either.

Lucas would walk into Man United's central midfield. Everybody remembers how bad Lucas was, over the past 18 to 24 months he has become our most important player and a very good central midfielder.

Lucas improvement came when Mascherano left and he went in to play the Mascherano role in the middle of the park. He is a good role player for Liverpool but for mine he would struggle to get a start in alot of other teams in the league because of his attacking limitations. Dont think he would do too well in a 4-4-2. Hasnt in the past. He has improved since then but doubt it would be by enough to crack a spot in the Man United CM area despite its poorness.

We have been playing 442 for the majority of the season and Lucas has again excelled. But I wont argue about Lucas, everybody still thinks he is shit when in actual fact, he is very, very good.
