Agree - I'm hoping he rediscovers form and goes back and gov goes forward to support Lycett

Makes us more mobile, more threatening upfront and we still have barrass to play across half back intercepting

Not sure how McKenzie back and Gov forward makes us more mobile? The exact opposite I would have thought

Hill, Jetta and Hill

We have enough players who struggle to win more than 10 disposals and are often essentially playing a man down due to the low disposal counts. I'm not saying any of them are bad players but teams can have only so many players who dont win a lot of the ball.

If ballantyne does get to WCE then I think josh hill may find himself in the 2s more often than not
Hopefully redden can rediscover his form

we need inside players and players who rack the footy up. Hill doesn't fit any needs to be honest. Club rates duggan highly and he will move into a wing/mid role. Jetta takes one wing. Masto is a bit of crab but he still racks the footy and thats one area we have lacked this season.

I'd actually like us to pick up Hill (for the right price)
Playing Jetta forward more could be advantageous, I also believe he'll help to spur Jetta on a little bit more.
Competitive rivalry if you will.
 
Would Hill/McKenzie be close to a straight swap? We could swap our 2nd for your 3rd also?

based off mackenzies form this year that would be close to the mark but emac at the moment worths more to us than what he worths on the trade table. Like i mentioned above, i doubt the eagles will go for another wingmen. The lack of mids able to win their own ball has been one of our main issues.

He is 30 next year, and injury prone. There is no way he is worth as much as hill.

He's still only 28. No idea what he'd cost at the trade table though, but I would love to see Hawthorn go after him because he is exactly what we need to strengthen our key defensive stocks. He would slot in nicely at center half back alongside Frawley.

he is 29 and thats his first major injury. Hill is an average outside type thats made to look good in one of the greatest teams in history. If he played for any other side, he would have been regarded as an average player. He will go to freo anyway due to his bro.

That doesn't make him prone to injury, it's also pretty common for 12 month injuries to take another 12 months until the player is back to full fitness and form, it's a big injury.

Yeh i think the poster just chose his words wrong. I agree wouldn't say he is injury prone more form and recovery from a serious injury
