Mark Bolton got most improved. Danny Jacobs had this in the bag up until about round 16 when Mark decided to remove the finger.

Also, Jacobs got some pretty hard jobs towards the end of the season.

BTW, I'd like to see young Harvey get a go in the middle next year. You might see him give most improved a fair shake if that happens.
