Not quite sure.

I reckon the only way would be to start a new league which is public. Then write a code of another league you want to join in the 'Join and Change League' bit of the first one you made. Make Sense?

Yep, I couldn't change it from the Private league so I had to join a public one, so Loopy accepted the offer...So Loop has now taken over...
