O'Driscoll is a rugged competitor that brings grit, toughness and some sneaky athleticism which allows him to play both inside/outside midfield but also in defence. His disposal can be shaky sometimes and his midfield craft needs work, but he will be given plenty of opportunity to develop.

Also, being Logan McDonalds close friend helps as well. Bringing them over together helps to allay homesickness concerns, and it worked pretty well for Brisbane.

Chapman is probably more of a tertiary tall and intercept marker for North here but it's something they've lacked for a while now. He could easily play round 1 as their 3rd tall and is an excellent kick to boot.

I would have taken phillips in a heartbeat.
forget 180cm.
he wins his own footy and has the ability to spread from the contest with good speed.he runs and works hard defensively and he is a competitor.
he wins the footy and uses it well without being spectacular by foot.
he doesn’t like to lose a contest which you Cannot underestimate.
will reminds me of Joel Selwood who is 4cm taller- just saying............
