Recruiting Essendon Draft Picks

Looking for a KPP apparently. Would that be a defender? Our quality defenders will be retiring in about five years so that makes more sense than a forward I guess. Could just be best available tall I guess.

It's a good draft for key talls. I've guessed at 2 mids and a ruck/forward but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us pick a key back and a key forward with the smalls being the afterthought (keeping in mind we've already got a small defender and what we think are 2 midfielders).

Wouldn't surprise me. I think the midfield and smalls are basically sorted after the last couple of drafts and the trade period. Can always pick up more talent there if it's available but it's not at crisis point anymore.

It's one thing if it's an accent over a letter that is part of the usual spelling of the name in another language. Completely another if you're basically going "Sa5m the 5 is silent".

hahaha. It's a common one. That and the Jaime/Jaymee/Jaimy crowd. I think D'Arcy is the original spelling of the surname... but as a first name it's kinda random.
