Question for the coaches:

Where do you see Paddy Ryder playing most of his football this year? Hird indicated early on that it could be in the back line, however he's also proven himself in the middle and up forward. Will the new interchange rule see him possibly playing as a permanant forward?

It is just another way to produce fluff articles .....
This sort of thing isn't normally my kinda deal, but surely you're being a teency bit on the cynical side (I know, I know, pot/kettle/black) here.

It gets a lot more fans to feel valued (the post above is proof of that).
It provides a voice to fans.
It's a direct way for the club to disseminate information without having to rely on journoes who might apply whatever angle they want.
It's less bland & boring than a presser.

I heard or read (sorry, can't find a link) where the NBA were studying the way AFL clubs have taken up digital & social media.
Their chosen case study? Essendon FC.

The marketing people, for whatever they're worth, are doing something right.

Not sure if this is a question that can be answered but is Tayte Pears' injury a lot more serious than we've been led to believe?

At this stage it seems that he still is in the modified group and I'm pretty sure he hasn't starting running yet? I've been hearing murmurs that this could be a Matthew Egan type situation. Some clarification on his injury would be much appreciated.

I think we're all starting to worry and fear the worst.

At this stage, assuming everyone is fully fit, who are the first 10 picked for round 1? Obviously there's a lot of competition for the next 12 spots, but which guys like Watson, Fletcher, Stanton etc. are the first names on the teamsheet?

I reckon there might be 1 or 2 suprising ones.
