What happens up forward then?

Daniher, Crameri, Ryder/Bellchambers. Fletch pretty much plays whatever role he requires, Most sides don't have the 3 big forwards like the Eagles so Carlisle and Hooker get the jobs but Fletch definitely can still take a key defender. Tayte Pears also played against Gold Coast and did well. The Bombers are certainly not light on for talls at either end of the ground.

Hopefully not, for once they actually looked closer to knowing what to do than not. The turnstile of players in and out probably has not helped. Unfortunately Hurn has problems now.
I can't remember a time when injuries were so common place in this sport.

Actually, Trevor Nesbitt is on record saying he went to the AFL for help at the end of 2005 because the club knew it had a problem, but they didn't know how to deal with it. The AFL turned their backs on West Coast and offered no help at all, telling the club they had to deal with it. Then threatened us with sanctions.

I guess the AFL having your backs for a problem Essendon created for themselves must be nice.
