this s**t is crazy guys!
settle down(both sides) and hope your respective teams do you proud!
we have no control of the outcome and very little to gain in smack talking.
Both clubs desperate for another win so should be a cracker!!

I will be attending the game with my wife and young kids.
anyone with a s**t attitude should stay home.

an essendon only crowd would be a bit too much no?

If that's all it was, I want my money back.

No, what we have witnessed to date is only the beginning of their decline.

What we are seeing at the moment is a once "great" superpower trying to prove they are still relevant with this rebuild under Worsfold, but ultimately they will fail and it will be a glorious failure that will set them back decades. If fact, like Melbourne they may never recover.
The funniest part is that North have the longest grand final drought in the competition

I can't believe they are playing Clarke, hes no good. Goldstein should have a field day rucking against a statue and an undersized ruckman in McKernan.

If Goldy does dominate then we should win easily. Giving first use to Jack, Cunners, Anderson and Simpkin kicking into our forward line and/ or locking inside 50 will see us win.

Their run off half back is always worry with McKenna and Saad needing to watched. I'd actually play Kane on Saad and Dumont on McKenna as defensive players.

If we can set up defensively like we have been and deny their options upfield forcing them to handball then we will beat them.

Bring the heat just like you did against the Pies, we owe this mob big time. I would like to embarrass them by 50 plus

Grand final drought. Not premiership drought, although you’re behind us for that as well.

Who do you suggest we play there with Bellchambers and Draper injured?

If we use McKernan as a full time ruck we then lose him from the Forward line where he is a "replacement" for Daniher.

Let's be honest here if you don't beat us with our injuries then you have no excuse.

what does any of that have to do with where the clubs are now though?
what are you trying to achieve?
if you wanna bash each others clubs history...you fighting a losing battle and wasting your time.
you've won more cups by a very large margin...but that's not what your club is known for.
Carey/Goldy stuff won't help you here.
we're known as a club fighting to survive, Bombers are known as...well you know.;)

Yes it should be but playing with a lot of injuries ends up catching up with you eventually, so i'm expecting a drop off to come at some stage.

Hopefully it's not this week. If not it should be a good game.
