Sounds like there are characters involved whose credibility is a tad suspect . This Asada investigation might turn in to a farce. Only a royal commission might get to the truth , cos people cant not appear and perjury is a serious crime.

Dank still doesnt seem to understand how S0 works. He harps on about S2, and ignores the fact that S0 'not approved for human theraputic use' does not equal 'available on the market'.

He still seems to think that simply because AOD was commercially available, it complies with S0.

Which it doesnt.

Dont think dank cares about anything other than his ego. If really thought that what he does was all above board etc he would appear before Asada . He is not so the only conclusion one can draw that he did stuff not above board and couldnt care about the results.

He seems to think that just because pharmacists and other authorised prescribers can obtain permission from the Therapeutic Goods Administration to use AOD, that it somehow becomes a 'substance approved for human use' and avoids S0.

Which it does not.

Check out what he says:

He thinks 'product available on the market' means 'approved for human therapeutic use' by the TGA. He doesnt seem to understand that a product can be available on the market, and still not have TGA therapeutic use approval.

What a massive fail.

Of course, he doesn't care, he was hired for a job, did what he wanted either with the help of those in charge or with no supervision of those in charge, lost his job and moves on in life, what does he care.

The people that are responsible for the club being in jeopardy are those that claim they love the club, because they failed to do their job and supervise him, and they possibly even were in cahoots with him.

It's under the catch all clause of S0. If tomato sauce fell under the S0 clause, it doesn't matter why it's there, it means no athlete could use it regardless of how harmless the sports scientist thinks it is. Man this Dank is an utter idiot. But the club are more stupid for hiring him and going along with it.
