Anyone seen it? Be interested to hear others views.

I'm a fan of Charlie Kaufman (writer) although his previous movie Adaptation was a little dissapointing imo. This is his best yet! Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet did great jobs.

Doubt it's for everyone but I loved it.

I saw it on Saturday night. Thought it was very good, despite a slightly arty ending.

Both JC and KW were fantastic in their parts - really believed in their characters.

I don't normally go for arthouse type films, but really found this one fascinating.

Saw it today. Weirdest thing I've ever seen - yet strangely engrossing.

Fantastically acted.

How can you be a fan of Kaufman and not like Adaptation? Brilliant. A writing masterpiece.

I didn't say I didn't like it, just that it was a little dissapointing and not as good a movie as Being John Malkovich.

Saw this film recently at Chadstone and was quite impressed with it.

It was a bit tiresome in spots (like the scene where Carrey is acting like a child under the table) and the ending seemed over-extended and too anxious to wrap things up happily. But overall, it was a distinctive and significant film, parts of which will stay in the mind longer then most films do these days.

SPOILER ALERT

My favourite bit was when Carrey and Winslet were saying goodbye in the large house by the beach (in Carrey's mind) as it was collapsing - probably the emotional highpoint of the film for me.

Bah most overated movie this year.
I was going there expecting a moving film that touched me in some way.
Much the same way as being John Malkovich and Adaptation.
Walked away realising is was just another romance flick.
There are some deep inbulit themese like maybe there is such thing as fate or the heart and head are two different entities unconnected.
But in the end I didnt feel enlightened like I did with the other two.
