If we find ourselves in it I'd hope we'd be doing everything we can to win the Europa League.

Trophies a trophy mate. As a Pool fan you should understand beggars can't be choosersI get why supporters of smaller clubs would be ecstatic to win any European trophy.
Given that Liverpool win very few trophies these days, wouldn't you be ecstatic to win one?I get why supporters of smaller clubs would be ecstatic to win any European trophy.
Tbh I'm with united fans on this one, couldn't care less about Europa trophy. Its like asking me would you prefer to win a div 1 trophy in england or play in the bpl.Given that Liverpool win very few trophies these days, wouldn't you be ecstatic to win one?
If you're playing in division 1 at the time only one of those is a possibility.Tbh I'm with united fans on this one, couldn't care less about Europa trophy. Its like asking me would you prefer to win a div 1 trophy in england or play in the bpl.
Bit like that gleaming Prem trophy.I get why supporters of smaller clubs would be ecstatic to win any European trophy.
For me its a good oppty to develop your reserves like the Carling cup.If you're playing in division 1 at the time only one of those is a possibility.
I'd rather win division 1 than play in division 1 and not win it.

No. The league has been terrible for years. Was he elite when he won the league 2 years ago? Or La Liga a few years before that?

How many managers are elite? 2?Maybe the Chelsea title will be his last big moment before he lost it..
Yep. He wasn't the same Mou second time around. Something has certainly changed him, maybe the rat in the dressingroom at Madrid but he seems so jaded. Never ends well once he starts chucking his players under the bus.He definitely changed at Madrid, came back without the charm, or the humour that he had in his first stint. Did well a couple of years ago, but had no competition really, and Chelsea weren't that great in the second half of the season.
Big difference between then and now IMO, is that he'd go out of his way to protect his players, nowadays it seems he's more interested in protecting his reputation and if he has to throw a player under the bus to do so, then so be it.
So how many more losses until it becomes a problem? Was he elite when he won the league 2 years ago? Or La Liga a few years before that?
It's not about how many losses. It's about the end resultSo how many more losses until it becomes a problem?
