Powerful performance from ManYoo. But who would have thought goals would have come from Hubba Bubba, Sivestre, Butt and Fortune.
However Madrid worry me as they still have a deficiency in defence. They should have spent some money buying a world class centre back. They look suspect to me.

Damn Christiano is still awaiting his first ManYoo goal.

well, Milan were again absolultey shyte this morning. We are in pretty ordinary form, but keep finding ways to win.

Defense as always will keep us in it against anyone, however today the midfield just couldnt get passes going. Seedorf had one of those games where whatever he touched turned to shyte, however Kaka was very good in his first CL game. This kid is gonna be a star.

Inzaghi is red hot right now, 6 goals this week pretty much and Dida's save in the last 30 seconds is as good a save as you will see. Brilliant.

Good sign when you win while playing like we are. Kaka and Cafu have definitely given us an extra dimension this season.

Good wins by Lazio and Man U as well.

Arsenal-Inter should be a corcker tomorrow, however no Vieri.

Don't know if I should be upset or happy with this result. Marseille obviously played OK on their return to the Champions League, but the defence (which is their strong suit in France) isn't up to the standard I previously thought.

I hope Deportivo and Anderlecht peform well tonight.

Im shocked PAO got flogged 5-0. PAO always do well in europe and with the players they got, getting hammered by any team is a big time shocker.

Pathetic.

But we've got Cruz! Saw him play against Siena on RAI the other night. I know it was only his first match, but he only confirmed what I already knew, he's a world class dud. Good move selling Crespo you morons, we're injury riddled already. :(

I'd love for Cuper to use Kallon - Martins, but it's highly unlikely. Toldo will get a working over, just like every other time we play away in Europe. Hopefully big Marco Materazzi can keep up the scoring run and make it 3 out of 3. ;)

Arsenal were just taken to school. Believe me, that is a massive turnaround from Inter. We've been playing horribly, or maybe Modena and Siena were just tougher opposition. ;)

I take a little bit of what I said about Julio Cruz back, but not all of it.

Yea im actually surprised in all 4 italian teams winning, and the relative ease as well, considering the Serie A has just started (and broken by internationals last week), and the 4 European teams from Italy were all in pretty ordinary form. Juve was probably in best form, yet the only team to conceed a goal.

Going into yesterday, Id say Milan and Inter both would conceed they were in the worst possible form they would be for the season, considering the talent in the squads.

Cruz didnt seem too bad, but geez, Vieri would have taken that defense apart something shocking.

Watching the Arsenal game in Europe they suffered the same old problem they always do, they 'choke'
Inter's superb finishing was the difference between the 2 sides. Arsenal had over 20 shots Inter had 4. Thierry Henry was terrible, missing a penalty and a couple of other glaring oppurtunities.
Another problem Arsenal has is that Wiltord, Pires and Cole never play well in Europe. Pires escpecially he can't seem to find the space or have the impact that he does in teh premiership.
Arsenal could learn alot from inter about how to defend. Sol Campbell is slow and overrated. Arsenal now is in serious jeopardy of missing out of qualification for the round of 16. They have tough away ties against i think kiev and lokomotiv to come.
inter was disciplined and took there chances with world class finishing. Arsenals finishing was schoolgirl stuff, with the main culptit being Henry. Arsenal should have bought another world class player during the off season because they are definitely lacking one.
However I thought Vieira was very good this morning and was Arsenal's best by miles. Emre was terrific as well and his turn and through ball to set up the third goal was superlative.
Arsenal r going to be very embarassed come Monday night against ManYoo.

I'd hope so, but I suspect that Arsenal will put up a much better fight against us than what they did against Internazionale.

I didn't see the Arsenal game, but from what you said in your post, Arsenal had 20 shots at goal. If that's true, I can't see Arsenal going goalless if they create the same number of chances at Old Trafford.

United did win their game 5-0, but from what I've read, it was more due to woeful play by Pananthiakos than any sparkling play by United. Oh, and United have been poor in the Premiership in our past 3 games. If Scholes is in the team, we'll play much better. However, he's been out for the past few games, so I can't see him playing out a full 90 minutes.

Arsenal would be a good chance to get a draw at Old Trafford.

Was he the one that came on when Inter had to win the 2nd CL semi-final leg against Milan last year and looked far more dangerous than Crespo?

My Inter-supporting mate was telling me how he has like 3 goals in 4 games, over 5 years of futbol...

He's also a member of Pizza Hut :).

probably
he's one of those african players that was brought to inter when he was 15 or something. he looks like he's going to be successful, but there's so many others that don't make it.

I and every news service in the world musta watched a different game. Inter outclassed them in every respect. Dont be fooled, when playing Italian sides, and Inter especially, possession means absolutely nothing. It's all about quality.

Arsenal had over 20 shots Inter had 4.
lol. Definitely watched a different game. u better go check on those stats.

Well i just did official champions league website 14 shots to 4 buddy.
It is still an incredible statistic seeing as the scoreline was 3-0.
Since u wanna get smart can u remember last year when ManYoo took Juventus 2 skool. 6-1 over 2 legs. Winning 3-0 in Turin.
I also remember Arsenal going to Italy and beating Roman 3-1 without letting the opposition have 3x the amount of shots. I think ManYoo beat Inter in there as well
How u find the time to watch every news service in the world is amazing. How many channels do u have?

Yawn. Still wrong. I go on that site most days as well, buddy.

just off the top of my head:
- the 3 goals
- Cruz free kick resutling in probably Lehmans best effort for the night.
- Kallon hit the post with only Lehman to beat in the dying mintues.

See, thats 5 already without even trying.

if you watched the game, there was nothing incredible about the scoreline.

Yep. Great morning that one. I hate Juve more than you would ever know. Dont remember Juve fans trying to play down Man Yoo's efforts tho. BTW whats your point?

Again, whats your point? You remember stuff. congratulations.

a few.

Arsenal fans probably have the worst repuation in the world for being sore losers and Wegner is another one who needs reality smacked into him. Taken the mantle off the Italians after the 02 world cup.

Fact - Man Yoo is respected in Europe because they earned it.

Fact - Arsenal isnt, because they havnt done anything to gain that respect, except seemingly always cry that they dont have it. Bleating "unlucky" time and time again is gaining Arsenal no friends.
