We are down in JB country at beautiful warrnambool...what a stunning place! We were here 18
Yrs ago, loved it then but it has taken this long to come back. Didn't see any whales but did see a dolphin having a jolly old time....credit to the council for keeping the town lawns and other areas so spick and span....highly recommend for a visit.......didn't see a statue of our Jonathan though:(;)
 
No idea why, but Rik's comment at 0:50 has stuck in my head the moment I heard it back in the day as a young fella in the 80's...sad day indeed.

My parents have finally had enough of my sister and her boyfriend not taking care of Skip. So if anyone wants a boxer-cross who is very intelligent, very energetic and very praise-motivated, send me a PM and we'll see what we can do. She's a great dog and she deserves better.

2014 is the year that comedy died :cry::cry::cry:
 
Can't say I was a huge fan of his comedy simply because I couldn't keep up with the sheer genius pace he operated at but Good Will Hunting is top 5 film of all time for me, and pretty much entirely due to Robin Williams.

Tragic. Some of the greatest comics are/were manic depressives and Williams was always said to have the widest emotional spectrum of them all. What made him brilliant was also what made him so miserable.

So, so sad.
 
Really hate people trying to post meaningful stuff on social media about a celebrities death just to get the microscopic ego boost a few 'likes' will give you.

Also the use of RIP. Meaningless in the modern day. Similar to saying 'bless you' after a sneeze.

It really is a great movie. Was going to watch it tonight, but it seems to have disappeared from my hard drive. Fortunately Dead Poets Society isn't a bad alternative. People should probably be forced to watch it before sending their children to boarding school.

Or the constant use of 'passed away' and 'passed'. Can't we just acknowledge that the person is dead?
