Current Ex military ADAM LUSK FIFO worker charged w/ multiple rapes drugging & filming women he met on dating sites - WA

* Police discover footage of 20 more alleged victims of rape-accused FIFO worker

An Ascot father accused of drugging and raping two women he met via the Sugar Daddy website could face more charges after police discovered video footage of 20 more alleged victims.

Prosecutors also revealed during a bail application hearing for Adam Charles Lusk at Perth Magistrates Court on Friday, WA Police were so concerned about the contents discovered on the 43-year-old’s phone they have set up a special taskforce to investigate the matter.

Mr Lusk, a FIFO worker who once served in the armed forces, has been locked up at Hakea Prison on remand since his arrest earlier this month for three counts of sexual penetration without consent and two counts of stupefying in relation to two women he is said to have assaulted last year.

During the hearing, police prosecutors revealed the father-of-two allegedly used the drug ketamine to knock out both women, who are not known to each other, before allegedly raping them.

The police prosecutor said the first alleged victim matched with Mr Lusk on the site in April and began dating with the court hearing they had consensual sex.

However in May it was alleged the 43-year-old drugged the woman by placing ketamine in her drink while she went to the toilet at Joe’s Juice Bar on May 21.

The police prosecutor said the woman started to lose consciousness and had a vague memory of being in an Uber but soon blacked out.

She then woke to Mr Lusk allegedly raping her at a Burswood home with the court told she then told him to “stop hurting me”.

The court was then told a few hours later Mr Lusk ordered the woman an Uber and told her to leave.
A few days later the woman visited the Sexual Assault Resource Centre. She reported the incident to police in November.

With regards to the second incident, the court was told Mr Lusk and the second woman agreed to meet at a restaurant on December 19 where it was agreed he would pay her $350.

Adam Charles Lusk (right) faced court on Friday.

The pair then travelled to his Ascot home where they had drinks with one of his friends.
The prosecutor said the woman saw Mr Lusk snort a white substance in front of her then made her a drink of Patron in the kitchen.

He said the woman then began to lose her memory.

The court was told the woman later woke up in Mr Lusk’s bed in pain. When she asked what happened the prosecutor said Mr Lusk laughed at her and made a joke about what he had allegedly done.

The following day the woman reported the incident to police and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for examination. A toxicology report found she had ketamine in her system.

In opposing bail, the police prosecutor told Magistrate Joe Randazzo during the course of their investigation police seized Mr Lusk’s mobile phone which contained video footage of Mr Lusk allegedly raping at least 20 unconscious women.

He said the allegations against the 43-year-old were very serious and that police had set up a taskforce to deal with the matter.

He also revealed Mr Lusk, who pleaded not guilty to the five charges, had refused to give officers his pin code to the phone.

Bail refused.
The accused is safely locked up in Hakea.

'Mr Lusk's defence lawyer Stephen Gabriel said his client's parents were 'stunned by the allegations' against their son and were concerned about his welfare while in custody.'

He told the court Mr Lusk was well regarded by his co-workers, and he asked that his client be given bail with a condition to reside at his parent's house in Mandurah.

However, the Magistrates Court judge said due to the seriousness of the allegations, it would be "wholly inappropriate to grant bail".

He told the court if the allegations were proven, the offending would be of the "highest order" and the accused could face long-term imprisonment.

Mr Lusk will remain in custody at Hakea Prison until his next court appearance in April.'

Now here's a bloke, young, looks fit, gotta a bit of cash ( f.i f.o.) the world at his feet.

Why ? Could walk into a bar, party and chat up any girl there and strike it lucky let's say 50% of the time. He know's what he is doing is a criminal offence and he'll probably get caught out eventually.

Power ? Stupidity ? Ego ?

I'll never understand the human mind.

Without defending him - I would suggest he sees ''paying for it'' as the right to do what he wants . His defence would revolve around consent and consensual drug use.

Those women in the bars are 'good girls'

As to why keep the videos etc? Thats power and ego as well as stupidity

It's taken a while for this person's name to be released, might have something to do with his service and who his army buddies are?
More likely trying to get access to phone and identify victims to confirm multiple extra charges

Apart from who the accused's ADF buddies might have been, can anyone think of any other possible reasons why News Corp (Murdoch) newspapers in Australia do not appear to be wanting to report about this case yet? Apart from what they would like to report being held up by their internal legal teams, or awaiting editorial approval.

Either that and/or the Murdoch media is with this case now a bit exposed/embarrassed at having so heavily featured/promoted articles, or advertorials about Sugar Daddies/Babies over the last few years, mainly at news.com.au

Noting that if the articles were advertorials paid for by some of the Sugar Daddies/Babies sites, that reporting on this case, might be affected by this.

Lol! Yeah, ok, quite possibly. I don't visit news.com.au unless it's a link on here so I didn't know they cover this heavily.

He was a junior infantry soldier (prone to lying and exaggeration based on his linkedin profile) for a short time over 20 yrs ago- wouldnt even have made Corporal so his ADF career wont be influencing the coverage at all.

Which part(s) of the below screenshot from his Linkedin do you think or know is, or is likely to be a lie or an exaggeration (if any)?

Lie was harsh. Probably better to say he described a units range of roles rather than his own duties (not that it is a crime, I doubt anyone doesnt talk up their individual role on Linkedin). Strange no mention of overseas service either.

From Wikipedia on his Battalion, it looks like he probably went on tour in East Timor at times in 1999 and/or 2000.
As part of Australia's contribution to a UN multinational peacekeeping force.

'East Timor, 1999–2008
3 RAR played a key role in the Australian-led International Force for East Timor (INTERFET) in 1999. The Battalion arrived in Dili by sea aboard HMAS Jervis Bay and HMAS Tobruk on 21 September and was initially responsible for the city centre, before later securing the western border area in Maliana and Bobonaro. The Battalion later deployed to the enclave of Oecussi where, in early 2000, it encountered the greatest level of pro-Indonesian Militia activity it had seen since the previous year. 3 RAR returned to Australia in February 2000 with some individuals extending their tour in support of 5/7 RAR.[31] It served a second six-month tour of East Timor in 2002 under United Nations Mission of Support to East Timor.[32] In 2020 the battalion was awarded the Theatre Honour East Timor 1999-2003.[33]'''

If the girls are unconscious or close to in the videos I don’t see him being able to argue consent was there.
