Nick Martin's alleged killer, makes front page news of the West online tonight and the paper edition for tomorrow (Tuesday).

'Mon, 26 April 2021 10:18PM'

'The fatal shot was allegedly fired on December 12 last year from an estimated distance of 300 metres,'

'... he faces another court date later this week, after ongoing inquiries into the alleged murder by WA Police led to five more criminal allegations.
The former soldier is alleged to have failed to provide storage facilities for a firearm or ammunition, and also of possessing a silencer — which in itself can attract a penalty of up to three years.
He also now faces charges of possessing a prohibited drug, contravening a learner’s permit — and driving a vehicle with false plates.
The revelation comes after the accused man’s second court appearance on the murder charge was brought forward in secret — meaning he appeared before a magistrate last week with no media in attendance.
He had been slated to appear again on April 28 within Perth’s so-called “homicide list” which is regularly scheduled for the last Wednesday of every month.
But The West Australian has learnt that without public notice, that hearing was brought forward seven days — meaning the alleged gun-for-hire made his second appearance last Wednesday.
The only detail about that hearing immediately available is that his next appearance was scheduled for late June. His lawyer David Manera confirmed his client had been remanded.
No plea to any of the charges has been entered.
Reporting restrictions also remain in place, which mean the man’s image and identity cannot be reported....'

Jeeze, he's very untidy isn't he?

Do pleeece have the right person? There seems to be some curious charges here, you might even think they’re a bit spurious.

They’re most likely holding charges obviously, but why? Do they have strong enough evidence this person is the shooter?

Anticipating they have a slippery customer who might not be so easy to slot would be my guess and loading him up with as many charges as they can find hoping that some of them will stick?

Understandable but they’re trying to get him for murder not jaywalking? Maybe he’s just not talking (again understandable) and their case isn’t that strong?

Just seems really weird. Weird too because there’s been no other high profile arrests, is it possible he acted alone? A vigilante?

There seems to be too many bikies connections to say it wasn't bikie related. There also hasn't been much word about the person from the Eastern states who was charged in connection to this shooting??

As an avid non West reader (do you blame me?) any news of further arrests just completely passed me by... There’s a whole lot of white noise going on right now which is quite deafening it has to be said.

Imagine going to do a hit and making sure you sign in to the government app to show that you were there. Probably signed in at gun shop too.

They were looking for witnesses actually.

Imagine getting a visit off the police because you checked in somewhere on the covid safe app after being assured that only covid contact tracers could access your information. You're now on the record and involved in a bikie execution when you want absolutely nothing to do with it.

Mr McGowan said he found out in April about police accessing the data to find witnesses to a number of serious crimes

That's exactly why I won't be volunteering my personal information.

Could actually make building an alibi easier if one wanted to commit crimes.

Mr McGowan said he found out in April about police accessing the data to find witnesses to a number of serious crimes

Quigley is reported to have said that the Health Dept was notifying the State Government straight away whenever NSW Police put in their orders for the data,
including back in Dec 2020 regarding the Nick Martin shooting.

It appears that it was so important that WA Police access this data from WA Health, yet it was so unimportant for anyone in the chain of who was in the know to inform the WA Premier until 5 months later after the March State Election.

Seems to be a pattern developing here. What with the WA Premier and WA Health, also not knowing that face masks of any kind were not compulsory or recommended for WA Quarantine Hotel workers to wear at all times when stationed/working in infected patients corridors. Either that, or the WA Premier is/was lying and did know. Personally I doubt he did know on either account, and info is probably deliberately being withheld from him, possibly on a "I don't need to know that" (now) basis.

'Mr Dawson also revealed he quashed five other attempts by investigators to access the contact tracing data including in February after a person delivered a bag of methamphetamine to a guest in hotel quarantine.

“I over-rode that and said, look in this instance we should not do it, but in the case of a murder investigation we should,” he said.'

'Mr Quigley said the Department of Health notified the state government “straight away” when WA Police issued orders for the information, once in December — within weeks of the SafeWA app launching — and once in March.

However, Premier Mark McGowan claimed he was only made aware of the practice in April with the urgent legislation to close the legal loophole instigated after police refused to stop accessing the data.'

Twice out of 245 million
or
Hundreds, if not thousands of West Australian's SafeWA data accessed.

Take your pick!

'Mr Dawson defended his agency’s decision to access the information to find witnesses.
“Police have only got information twice out of 245 million transactions and they were exceptional circumstances and it is lawful,” he told Radio 6PR on Wednesday morning.'

'The SafeWA check-in data of “hundreds if not thousands” of West Australians was likely accessed by police looking for witnesses to the public assassination of former Rebels bikie Nick Martin.'

They were looking for witnesses actually.
More on this in the article below

'Speaking this afternoon, Premier Mark McGowan said in the Martin case police were looking for people at Perth Motorplex at the time he was shot.
“There's hundreds if not thousands of people there and they think who might be a witness, how can we find out who was a witness?” Mr McGowan said.
“And so they thought we'll access this (SafeWA) information.”'

Probably not the thread to delve into it, but seems pretty evident that all the push for Covid passports and tests are to obtain biometric information for the entire populous on the stealth. You're effectively giving up your identity (DNA) to governments. Refusal to vaccinate is a measure to coerce you into providing your DNA.

This is just a small example of how they will abuse holding such information.
