An 8:30pm exam is ridiculous. I thought my next two at 6pm were bad, but **** that. Counting down till Thursday 8:00 when the binge drinking can begin.

Fair to say Ill need a drink before just to get through it!!

Just had my first exam. Really hard to gauge how I went but hell, it's out of my control now. 2nd one tomorrow arvo. Gee whizz I can't wait for the weekend.

Thought i'd be happy going into my course that i don't have exams, but **** i get jealous of people doing just a couple of days a study and getting good grades, while i just spent the best part of the last 3 weeks either sleeping or working on final assignments. My general work days went from 10am till about 1 or 2 am, rinse an repeat. One kid in my class slept 15 hours all final week, to be told that his final presentation was confusing and almost impossible to follow if you didn't know the project. I felt really bad for him, thought his work was awesome...

Anyway, handed my last pieces of work in today, heading down the coast tomorrow for some well deserved beverages and looking forward to doing very little at all in the coming weeks.

Agreed. No exams usually means several assignments due in the final fortnight, which is murder. I had no R&R for two weeks, was often going to work 7am-3pm, then up till 11pm doing study. You get so close to a meltdown lol.

Just got a distinction for an elective unit where I read barely half the course material and spent like 2-3 half-hearted days on each essay (and the assessor praised the amount of work I put in to my essays lol).

It's a vague thing. I know some people use it for 2-3, but I mean at least 5.

Business law was f**** half way through releasing I'm writing the wrong thing I now have about an hour to complete the whole thing. AHHH manged somehow to do it all, on Holidays now and as my footy team is sh**** bring on the ashes, Wimbledon, Tour de france.

Thought it started at 11am, been thinking that for the last couple of weeks, radio alarm eased me into the day at 8am and I just wanted to confirm for the final time so rolled over and checked my phone calendar at about 8:20. Exam starts at 9am. Shit!

Uni is a half hour drive away, threw on some jeans, deodorant and a fresh shirt and off I went. Made it with three mins to spare, went quite well in the exam and didn't get a parking ticket (maybe its because I laid out a few dollar coins on the dashboard??)

A day of winning and now a month to celebrate

Packed it in for study tonight with the exam tomorrow. Had another gander at the course profile to see the exam is "only" worth 50%. Excellent news when my tute, assignment and presentation marks amounted to something like 42/50

That is literally my worst nightmare. I'm a bit of an organizational freak when it comes to time and date so I have to check 20 times that I've got it right. Our two exam times are 9.30am and 2.30pm meaning if I plan for 2.30pm I don't get up till approximately 11am (to minimize waiting time) so I'd miss the exam completely.
