Year 11 and 12 exams should be going on next few weeks

mine start in 15 days.

Maths B, English, Physics, Geography, Accounting, HPE

Going for B+, C+, B, A-, A-, B-.

English: A
Methods: C and D
Chem: C
Physics: C+
Geography: A+

I think I'd take that.

Considering you only needed 2 marks to get a D on last years methods exam, I'm not feeling too concerned.

Have three Uni exams coming up in just over a week. Hoping for:

Accounting: C
Law: D
Vineyard Operations: HD

got my 1st of 3 uni exams today... got 2 credits so far in the subject and the exams only worth 30% so if i just pass the exam (multi-choice too:p) then i think i'll be right..

the one i've got tomorrow is 60% though:(

finished for the year on monday:thumbsu: already pumped.. but i can't believe it's a year since my VCE exams! 1st year Uni Exams are so much better! the pressure is nowhere.. i basically only remembered the exam was on today haha.

Haha, yeh.

All my uni exams are this week with one next Thursday (two down, three to go). I started studying on Sunday (first exam was Monday). :o

Uni exams start on Saturday for me, then I've got one on Monday, one on Wednesday and one on the following Saturday.

Started studying on Sunday, so I'll pretty much get a week of study in :p

One on Saturday worth 75% on my grade, currently sitting on a Credit, one on Monday worth 70%, currently sitting on a Credit, one on Wednesday worth 75%, currently sitting on a credit and the one next Saturday worth 90%, currently sitting on a pass :p

My uni exams start this coming Monday - though doing nothing but Physics at the moment.

Am trudging my way through 18 chapters - fortunately, am down to 3 and a half chapters remaining (a touch over a hundred pages).

:(

Fortunately for me, I got 90% for the coursework part of my Monday exam - 20% of the final exam will see me with a pass. Hoping for a touch over that, though.

Physics, I'm probably sitting between 70-80%, as I'd be for my other two subjects.

famous last words:o

bit of a struggle, not gonna lie haha..

any maths guru's out there? i can't be bothered adding this up

13/20ish on tute participation (worth 20% overall) have only got half the mark back for that but i reckon i'm around 13/20ish

65% on our 50% assessment..

what do i need in the exam (worth 30% and is out of 100) to pass the unit

40/100ish?? coz i reckon i'm in the 30-50/100 bracket in the exam.. starting to feel a little bit nervous now haha

13/20 worth 20% = 13

0.65 * 50 = 32.5

13+32.5 = 45.5.

Meaning you need 4.5/30 for the exam which equates to a 15/100

Never, ever trust a multiple choice exam.

Questions are generally much harder than your standard questions, with usually two or more of the answers only a very subtle variation of each other. Tends to come down to a mental flip of the coin.

You should know by now, if you're in Uni surely you had a multi-choice exam at some stage in Year 12?

Teachers always tell you to do the Short Answer or Extended Response first, because it's worth more and are sometimes easier. MC can require a couple lines of work, and you could end up with an answer that is correct, but isn't one of the answers cos the bastards who wrote the exam changed it around.

I got 3 exams that will have a large section of MC, not looking forward to any...

Yr 12 exams.

English was piss easy, I have excreted more complicated articles than that. Also thankfully got a good promt for my expository (Conflict). "Ordinary people can do extrodinary things when faced with conflict". I'm sure most people here would be able to write a half decent essay on that topic. I think my work was about A standard, hopefully.

Further Maths I struggle at. The multiple choice was fairly hard, but the extended response was fairly easy. Hoping for 50% and 65% on both of those.

I have a 9 day gap till my Business Management exam which I am also going to struggle.

Then Outdoor and Environmental Studies, 90+/100 should be very achieveable

Yeah, reading some of the other prompts they looked so bloody easy even though I hadn't studied them. I reckon Identity and Belonging was the most difficult to write about, I really just bullshitted my way through it. Thankfully the prompts for my text response were easy, and I should get a decent mark for that.

Just taught myself all the exact values for sin/cos/tan. Is good.

Really unsure about how I went with English. A lot of writing with very little opportunity to re-read it. Ended up writing on Nineteen Eighty-Four and Whose Reality. Really poor article to analyse. Offered no challenge whatsoever. Hoping for an A average.

Biology wasn't too bad. It'll be my fifth subject though so I'll be happy with anything over a 27.

Health tomorrow. Not sure of how I'll go. The A+ mark last year was ridiculously low, so I'll be happy with anything over an A. Scaling is a bitch though.

Finish off with Legal next Wednesday. Has been my best subject by far this year so hoping for an A+. Need a score of around 42-43.
