guys, im recommending the rule of "next O ranked player to a non picker after 24 hours" be changed to the "after 24 hours the next 5 people may pick and the non picker can make their pick at any time or if the non picker does not pick after 5 more pick they get the highest ranked O rank player".
Im recommending this because its in the mid to late rounds where players can drop down the list or be forgotten and the person who has not picked may get a good player for a pick without having put in the effort to identify who has slipped through the cracks.

Can we shorten it to 12 hours? It is just not working with a 24 hour deadline. People need to put their contingency picks in.

I'm going away for 9 days as of now so i have pm'd Sir James my next 2 picks at 72 and 73 and a preference list for 96 and 97 if any of the players are still available, if not i've instucted him to give me the next o-ranked player.
As long as he is around i should not hold up the draft at anytime

What's the consensus on Oden's FT%? I've tried projecting his stats but I have no idea how good his stroke is now that he's back to using his right hand.
I've seen most say 75-78%. Its a real unknown though.

His shooting form doesn't look all that great - I'd say somewhere in the 60's.
But didn't he shoot 63% with his left hand in college?
You'd think he'd improve on that. I'd still think 72-73%.

I gave him Dalemberts stats, close enough, probably a few more pts
Perhaps...I've only seen some preseason highlights which included him shooting a couple free throws - didn't exactly fill me with confidence.

Dalembert is a good one, I'd been working on Okafor with better FT% but Sam looks like a better match.
