EssenDOOM should drop out of the 8.

Can’t see us making 8 unless another team in the 8 has a bad run with injuries.

- 2-3 changes to the best 22 by mid season
- selections based upon form
- winning after the bye
- beating Essendon
- finals footy

We got a pretty poor history of Round 1's, we can be at our peak and still somehow lose Round 1.

As long as we get things going well early in the season, we'll come good at the tail end as we always do.
