Express something about the Sweet FA in haiku

Based on this article I recently read, almost none of these are haikus:


I read the article. It is a classic example of someone hair splitting to try and feel smarter than everyone else.

yep, Japanese and English are different, it is sounds, which is fractionally different to syllables.

Will never die
Expansion?
Everything is fine

yep, Japanese and English are different, it is sounds, which is fractionally different to syllables.

Point more seems to be there the 5-7-5 thing is a superficial criteria for a haiku. Just like how a poem doesn't need to rhyme to be a poem.
