It was better than I thought it would be. Hemsworth destroys the entire Bangladeshi armed forces to save a kid. The cinematography was top notch especially the extended 11 minute one take action scene.

Enjoyed this more than I thought I would have. Read reviews about it and it was likened to a John Wick film, so kind of knew what I was getting into.

Hemsworth was very good in this, some scenes I didn’t know he was capable of. Cracking name though, Tyler Rake. Haha.

The violence does get a bit repetitive after a while, however that 11 minute scene (several takes delicately cut into one to make it appear continuous) was a hell of a logistical feat. A standout. Good score too.

Having spent a lot of time in that part of the world, the child exploitation/crime angle really got to me as well.
