Great job by Bearman. With those points Logan is on course for another P21 finish.

Staying ahead of Lando at the start saved Oscar. If Lando got ahead he would have boxed and Oscar stayed out.

Oscar pretty much maxxed out his position. Should've passed Hamilton way earlier but didn't affect his final position.

True, but he was never going to pass the Ferrari. He probably would have just finished 6 seconds behind instead of 12 if he got by Lewis earlier.

Bearmans race and quali being overhyped? What a surprise with the sky train in full hype mode. Thought he underperformed myself as he has driven these type of cars before. Almost caused a few accidents like he does in F2

Harsh imo. He could have finished outside the points and not underperformed.

he was half a second a lap behind his teammate and couldn't get past Magnussen. In comparison other rookies jumping in have performed well.

I’ve just watched the replay and I knew Sky F1 were going to be insufferable with another Britt in the race but FMD I’ve never heard such a one sided bias call. Makes blues radio last year look very even handed. Omg I just wanted to throw stuff at the tv, Crofty is totally pissing me off.

Htf did Nando not get a penalty for a jump start? Oh he’s British that’s why.
Well done to Oscar

Still wondering how Lando didn't cop a penalty for blatantly jumping the start. Completely inexplicable decision by the race stewards.

The McLaren's DRS is so ineffective that they would arguably be better off by just removing it and saving the weight. Yes, I know that probably wouldn't be allowed under the technical regulations... but seriously 6kph is a woeful gain.

Ricciardo had a race to forget. Spent the entire race running last. Got himself to within 3 seconds of Yuki, only to spin himelf on the final lap.

Great race by Bearman. 7th on debut is a brilliant effort. Made some mistakes early but kept out of harms way and made some good moves.

Magnussen sans Albon incident drove incredibly well to give Hulkenburg room to make that pit stop.

Will be interesting to hear about Ricciardo's race. Even if he did get caught up in the pits, he fell off the back of that train once the Haas cars took off.

noticed there was a "F1 Kids" broadcast airing at the same time with more colourful graphics (much easier for names in the race order) and different commentary. Is that the only differences?
I might give this a go next time. The mix of poor eyesight and crappy kayo res makes it difficult.

And apparently Lando had made a joke about jumping the start then actually did it.
