I think Hyundai would be an interesting one to watch, haven't ventured in to this arena just yet
Hyundai have been heavily involved in WRC for many years now. Last weekend they won the World Drivers Championship (Thierry Neuville), but lost the Constructors Championship to Toyota when Ott Tanak slid off the road in Japan.

However, their participation in WRC beyond 2026 (when new technical regulations kick in) is currently being reviewed, as Hyundai switch their focus to the World Endurance Championship (WEC).

There don't seem to be any plans for them joining F1. They seem content playing in formulas closer to their showroom products.
 
I'd love to see the return of "privateer" teams back in F1. Even just a 1 car "customer" of the primary teams.

Factory Teams: Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull, Alpine/Audi?
Team Chassis with Customer Engines: McLaren, Haas, VCARB, Aston Martn, Williams, Alpine/Audi?
Customer Teams - Customer Chassis and Engine: Prema, Rodin, HiTech, Trident, ART, Invicta, etc

The top teams (Mercedes) develop a 'base' car for the season, which (along with spares as required) is entered and run under the relevant F2 team (eg Prema). Prema's top employees get exposure to F1, the best drivers outside f1 get more opportunity to show their potential, etc.

No "reserve" drivers for the top teams need to sit around not racing all year - Jack Doohan could be driving for Invicta in a rebadged Alpine, Mick Schumacher in the Prema-Mercedes, etc.

I don't think teams are allowed to have Customer Chassis. That's the whole point of being a manufacturer.

To be fair he would have some interesting stories to tell, but you can hear most of them of various podcasts.

He'll also be at the Adelaide Motorsport Festival...... in a much more PG mode I assume.
 
I'd be staggered if any of those shows sold out.

Good on him for trying to get out there but how much of the show will be unique to what we've previously heard? Not to mention, I don't think he's got a big enough following down here to pay what they'll be asking for it.

I don't think he'll have any issues.
I was considering going for the $99/$119 ticket range. There's worse things to spend money on. He spins a good yarn.
I can't imagine what a full show would look like from him. But can't begrudge a guy for making a dollar.

Great news

The following tracks I think should be non-negotiables every season
Monza
Spa
Silverstone
Suzuka
Monaco (for the history and spectacle)
Sao Paolo
Austin
I've always been big on Monaco but I'm actually starting to think it's time to wind that up. Utterly pointless race now with the size of the cars.

Would be better getting rid of the Sunday altogether and giving them all 1 lap to post a fastest time and work out points based on that.
