A track with a 80% safety car chance where it was warm and tires were degrading and everyone was understeering like crazy the whole race.

Yeah sacrificing track position seemed like the percentage play for sure. Just terrible luck.

Bottom line Dan needs to outqualify Verstappen sometime soon so he has preferable strategy, but what you're doing at the time in the race should be taken more into account and not just pissed up the wall on a whim like it seemingly was today.

Anyone see wanker claim he's the last working class driver? Despite his dad owning a company and McLaren signing him at 13... What a cock head, no wonder he has so few fans.

Pretty sure Kimi is one of the last “working class driver” as HAM put it.

The little prick was in the right place at the right time. He's never been a gr8 driver, just a petulant little child. Everything has been handed to him on a platter. When theres been any pressure, he has crumbled.

2008 was pretty good from Lewis.
I agree though that his efforts in the hybrid era are more to do with the amazing Mercedes car than anything else.

Imagine being married to Kimi. Money aside, he'd be bloody hard to be around I would have thought.

Depends on how often she tries to make him do what he doesn't want to do.

Also, I get the impression she might be a little like him if that insta story is anything to go by

Something I noticed about this race? How brown the grass was. I've never seen Silverstone like that.

It's that stinking hot 25 degree summer they're having.
