    More tire degradation, more pit-stops will help. 1-stops should be a rarity, not every second race. Will open up more tactical options too.

    If a team could engineer an aerodynamics package that worked in dirty air, they would have an enormous advantage. I wonder if it's something being tested anywhere? Counter-intuitive to develop a good car to be 2nd, but it's the sort of difference that could win a world championship.

    I think fixing the "dirty air" problem involves simplifying the aero design of the front wings which would probably hurt cornering speed and overall lap time.
