Qualy was good at Spa but the rain stayed away during the race. Bit of drizzle always spices things up.
In theory, when you create rules which mean that the teams have to pretty much build the same car, the cars are supposed to be performing similarly. But with current F1, all it does is exaggerate any aero advantage one car has over the other.
