Last time I went to a Gillingham v Hartlepool game (in Hartlepool but one of my old school mates was playing for Gillingham) my car got broken into. That was Hartlepool in the 90s!

It's pretty funny seeing Sunderland in the first round though :D

Draw for the 3rd Round at Stamford Bridge after the match
FA website says it's on at 6:30am Melb time on Tuesday. Did they change it to directly after the Chelsea/Fulham game that's on now?

True you are. Should have read Dec 3rd.
Why do it at SB the day after a game. Bizarre

We’ve got Southport or tranmere. Been moved to the Friday night. More proof nobody gives two shits about the fans. Actually impossible to get to if you work

It's an away game for you... You'd be lucky to have more than 1k fans at either of the stadiums anyway on a Saturday. Especially Southport who have a stadium of 6k.

More so that it is 3 days after we go to Cardiff for a night game our fans that do want to attend would have to leave london around 3pm on a Friday to get there. Pointless playing cup games on Friday nights that aren't a local derby

Once again... there wouldnt be many going, Id say 1000 max at Tranmere would be offered tickets. It's not for Spurs fans.. it's for the locals.

FFS we’re away, who gives a s**t what day it’s on. 99% of the supporter base will be watching from a screen
They should make all PL teams play away, depending on if they draw another PL team. The TV coverage is a huge win for a team like Solihull Moors or Southport, more than winning the next round.

That’s still 1000 people who don’t get to watch their team in a game that many would have loved to go to due to the nature of FA Cup. Probably play against a Tranmere once every 10 years and the corporate tv fixturing in a non traditional timeslot for the Fa cup comes first

Non traditional? There's been FA Cup games on a Friday night for the last 10+ years...

Give it a rest, you're wrong and you know you are, you're wrong... and you know you are!

There’s been Friday night games for 10 years in a competition that’s been running for over 100. Id say that’s prettty non traditional lol
