I was going to lay Manhattan Rain today but didn't get on in time.

1400 is still too short for him i reckon. 1600+ is his best disatnce. Wait for the group one races, that is what Gai will have him primed for.

Damn she is ****ing good. Didn't have the best run but still blew them away. How good was she in the straight?

Best 1600m horse in Australia right now bar none.

Yeah funny that I was just looking at it then....Mate owns a Kav Horse so might try and get some mail....looks to be a good race withthe two obvious choices and No Vacany thrown in there as well.

Might run through the races...I havent had a great look but helps to run through a few an hopefully get some feedback on this lovely Friday afternoon when im stuck in the office.......

Race 1

No Vacancy had a 2.3 lgth win over Guru bob who then ran about 4 behind Denman but ran on well...should be interesting.

Little go at No Vacancy....

Race 2

Acquired has ran against some decent horses in Sydney and is unsuited by anything worse than good. If it doesnt rain it has some hope. Having said that Ariani looks very suited to win this one. Galloping Hill, Avionics and Reurntosender all have small claims. If returntosender runs to the best of her ability it goes close. Ariani looks the best horse in the race and that is usually the best guide.

Ariani straight out

Race 3

No idea, get the mrs to pick one out. Renounce will be good to watch

Race 4

Ditto. Crystal Lily should be hard to catch.

Race 5

Old Jock at odds the others are just plodders, Sadalbari has a bit of talent, but if Scope is taken into account Old jock has plenty of upside..Mornington Cup is a tough run race and he'll appreciate the smallish field

Race 6

I cannot possibly see how Velocitea can get beaten....Its a better thing than Typhoon Tracy, I'll take the $2.50 all day.

Race 7

Really looking forward to the race now. I wasn't at the start of the day, TT is a champ but Lord Tavistock, Joku and Snipers Bullet all have that unknown quality to them. TT will be too short especially when everyone wins on Velocitia in the race before so i'll prolly go for Joku for a little bit of value.

Race 8

Will stick with Take the Rap Blackbooked it a while back and has two very solid runs since...will be in the finish

Race 9

The get out stakes probably wont be needed because i'll clean up, however.....Delta Gee and Berringama Quin looks the go, the two best horses in the race. ;)
Well it mightent have been a very impressive card but I did leave with a fair bit of cash in my wallet....Mainhattan Rain and No Respite, two we had tips for were terrible and a really good day could have been amazing...

Moment in Time finally paid me back after being dissapointing and Berringama topped off the day in the last
