On form, my head says Crows by 8+ goals.
My heart says Crows by 15+ goals, with Tex kicking 10, another 10 Coaches' votes, another 3 Brownlow votes ...
BUT
--- it's away, and that will unsettle the kids
--- NM will be desperate to show more than last week's shambles
--- they seem to find ways to beat us when strong underdogs :grimacing:.

I'd love a big win, but am nervous.

Be real people. North are much worse than us, their list was gutted. We're also switched on, wheras North don't even have electricity connected.

We are playing with some structure and system, North aren't even close to that.
I can see Tex kicking another 5 goals this weekend.
Hopefully it's a good win and we keep building confidence in the gameplan
Hoping Thilthorpe gets his debut this week also

Interestingly, it is currently one of those strange situations where none of the sides in the top 8 have lost to the bottom 10 sides. Games between top 8 and bottom 10 are currently 14-0.

Only a small chance of that being preserved this weekend IMO. Further games 'across the divide' in R4 are Syd vs Ess, Dogs vs Lions, Eagles vs Saints, and us vs North. Even if those games go to form, there is still a likely movement of sides in and out of the 8.

If the Suns get up over Carlton (or Carlton win by a big margin), they could displace one of Geelong or Richmond losing to Melbourne or Port respectively.

Collingwood beating GWS would displace the other if they both lose.

The status quo would likely be maintained if Geelong and Richmond both win, and the other games follow form. A big win to Richmond or the Suns could push Port outside on %age.

Lot of effort going into a round 3 ladder.

Nah, playing with numbers, stats, history and permutations for me is anything but effort.

Speaking of history, can we unseat a North coach for the 3rd time?

Dean Laidley now goes by the name Dani Laidley according to Wikipedia.
So the true nickname is now the junkyard bitch*

Bitch being the correct term for a female dog
