I've got almost everyone from my work on mine except for 2 people....

I don't add people from work unless I know them really well. That said, the new girl added me (not hot, not interested) so I put her on restricted. Not sure if she realises or not

Go to their page, click on "Friends" and there should be a drop down menu in which you can click "restricted"

It's hard to tell how much they can actually but it's pretty close to 'public' posts and info only

I added a girl from work and after a few weeks she kept posting shit so I just deleted her. I told her one afternoon while we were drinking and she cracked it. Never really spoke to me after that.

How do you do restricted and what can they actually see?

My understanding of "restricted" is that they can only see what you post if they deliberately go to your timeline.ie: Your postings don't appear on their newsfeed.

I was friends with everybody at work. One post on Facebook in regards to work led to me being hauled before management and given a severe dressing down.OK, I should'nt have posted it, but who snitched ?
Nobody (of course) owned up so I deleted and blocked everybody, plus their partners.
Since then, I've refriended the only two people who asked what happened.One of those being the hot chick in the office .
I've also never posted anything remotely derogatory about work since.But it has'nt stopped one member of management snooping around asking colleagues whether I've been "good" and adhering to their social media policy.

You need to get off the grid
