Is there anyone that uses Facebook on Google Chrome or Mozilla and they're getting a page layout option on the side and ads on their news-feed?

I've been getting it the last week through those browsers, but on Internet Explorer I don't. It's strange. I don't know how to get rid of it either it's actually so annoying.

I had a FB for a year or so but I deleted it when it just became a bit crazy. 6 months later I created another account but under an assumed name and I have only let a few people know what it is. I'm better for it in the long run.
