Re: the title of that video, one of the gripes I have is the distinction that exists between Facebook and 'real life'. Facebook doesn't exist in some parallel universe, it IS real life and I think this idea that it's some kind of virtual world with no consequences is why there's so much dickheadery on there. We need to stop the idea that Facebook isn't real.
Yep, you need to dismantle it piece by piece over the space of a few weeks, other wise is is all still there.Good luck deleting it -
It will be all still there if you ever try to log back in

Apparently FB is on the way out. It's the Levis effect, Gen Z hate it because their parents think it's cool.

Not totally sure, but I think you need to delete it piece by piece & change details otherwise it is all cached in some form. I don't think you can completely delete your account though. But then I don't use FB so I'm sure someone else would know more than me. GLI'm thinking of deleting mine. It's just pointless and stupid, if I see one more photo of food I am going to scream. There are only a few people from overseas I keep in direct (PM) contact with. I can just let them know to email me if they wanna speak to me.
How do you even begin the process- had a quick look, cant find anything.![]()

Have deleted almost everyone and taken most of the others off my news feed, only have family and actual friends left. Would delete it completely but it's good for events, messages and groups for sporting teams. Has made such a difference not comparing my life with "perceived" of others as well as not getting angry at constantly seeing people bragging, attention whoring or being just plain dumb
Anyone else delete their Facebook as part of a new years resolution style justification? I did that, shaved my head, tried crystal meth for the first time - my therapist is going to have his work cut out for him
