It is quite amazing.

Most of the 'information' is just from various articles and reports, and the picks are just the best available player. The only thing that hasn't been widely reported is McMillan-Pittard to Adelaide, and apparently Adelaide don't give away much when it comes to drafting anyway.

While I appreciate the effort that FAITH goes to in offering his opinions by replying to each post, really it is just a first round phantom draft. And past history tends to suggest that people generally aren't too receptive of first round phantom drafts...

Actually, it was because of a number of cynical, unconstructive posts like what you've just written.

If everyone had just gone, "Sweet, thanks for kindly passing on the info", it wouldn't have lasted three pages.

I don't care how many replies FAITH gets. Like I said before, he puts a lot of effort into this thread by answering every question that gets asked, so he deserves all replies he gets.

All I'm saying is that it is a first round mock, which generally don't get a lot of respect on BigFooty. Not having a go at FAITH or suggesting that he doesn't have any sources, but the majority seems to be information that I have read in articles. Obviously this fact might just be highlighting the strength of his sources though.

Sorry for the late feedback.
To be honest i dont really try hard enough to find out about blokes who are likely to go mid to late 2nd round. Especially in a 'weaker' draft.
Im more interested in the top 20 or so players in the draft, unless like last year its a super draft then i like to learn as much as i can about the top 30-40.

Vardy and Bastinac 22-30.

1: I dont read reports or articles. SO my predictions have nothing to do with what they say.

2: I only really care about the best players in the draft, so i only try getting info about the top 20 or so players. Also, beyond pic 20, its almost impossible to predict what will happen.
 
we need tall foward like butcher or black or charslie with our first pick causes there a good midfielders like bastinac, bartlett, christensenand tappscott

Best available for mine. We have inside mids, and we have 3 picks in 24, 26, and 33 to target an inside midfielder with those picks. We will take the best midfielder available at 10, and that is Lucas if he is there. Lucas is not just an outside midfielder, he can win his own ball.

David Myers will be our inside midfielder long term

Will you really? I've heard Daniel Talia is of big interest to you guys as is Andrew Moore. I doubt Essendon will pick up Koby Stevens if Lucas is available though.

If we pick Moore I will shoot someone. Versatile players are not what we need. We need midfielders, that is it. I want a genuine midfielder, Moore is not that. I would not complain with Taila though especially if Lucas is gone. I just feel we don't need any more KPP's this year with the exception of a ruckman.

In short my hit list for pick 10:

1. Lucas
2. Melksham
3. Christensen
4. Talia
5. Shepphard (bit different but he suits our game style)
6. Stevens

Suits our style, plus has a lot of scope for improvement. Short term suits our need up forward, then will move onto the ball.

The others will go ahead of Christianson because of needs and not on who is actually the best. Gysberts is the only one that I see Christensen maybe going before. Even Emma doesn't rate Christiensen in her 25 and she said on her twitter that she thinks he will go in the late 20's or early 30's. If he was to be picked up by Essendon (hope so), he will be picked up with our three later picks. There is absolutely no way we will pick him up with pick 10.
