Austrian BBL that would be a blast to watchOr at least add the country name into it:
- Austrian BBL
- English Blast
- NZ Super Smash
That would help make things less confusing and more identifiable

Probably couldn’t have picked a worse example than Cooper. On his way to becoming a cult hero here, helped win a BBL title as a 19-year-old, already played for Australia and only 21, and will probably play for Australia for years to come.Exactly, it’s the lack of quality or star power. Who is going to go see Cooper Connolly and Adam Milne?
17,000 at the G last night, be 90,000+ at the test match next week. It’s clear which format is still no1 in Australia.
Schools don't finish on Boxing Day lmfao.Should not start till Boxing Day when schools have finished and more people on holidays. As mentioned before I am not a great fan of T20 but nothing on TV to watch and watched a bit of Konstas batting the other night and Harper last night.
One is a Domestic competition, the other is an International game.Exactly, it’s the lack of quality or star power. Who is going to go see Cooper Connolly and Adam Milne?

FMD.Why can't they give these leagues proper names? People than might actually take them more serious instead of just hits and giggles taking the piss leagues.

Why lie?Be better quality than the KFC BBL!!!
they need to satisfy the broadcasters. I doubt they would want games starting at 6pm (unless there is a weekend doubleheader).Have whinged about this before but get the match done in 3 hrs or start it earlier and have it finish no later than 945-10pm. If you want crowds, particularly outside the christmas holiday period its got to end at a more reasonable hour.
The atmosphere is great if you have family or kids. I went down to Geelong for my first ever game and Im going to the Marvel in Docklands for the first time of cricket there today. Super excited as non-Victorian.Might be too late to change the name to somthing more professional sounding. BBL is its own brand now.
No one really calls it Big Bash League. It's just BBL.
So far this season has been pretty entertaining. High scores. Geelong game not included LOL. Heap of wickets, close finishes, good crowds.

I don't think it would be hard to confuse you TBH.Actually got him confused with the other dud West Australian spinner playing for the Stars, got a similar stupid name.
No one I know takes it seriouslyFMD.
People do take these competitions seriously.
Old men aren't the be all and end all of consumption.
