That's the real shitter. It'd be 'Ok he's emphasising the wrong things' if we were fast or had endurance, but still weak, but when players need explosive speed, endurance and strength, how on earth can you miss all three? How can we be skinny and weak and also aerobically unfit? WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SESSIONS?

whereas I'm sure all have completed what is expected of them. There, in essence, is the problem.i doubt many have completed what is required
http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/sport/afl/ports-young-leaders-step-up/story-e6freco3-1226196036938I'd love to know however how many of our players train extra and go above beyond what is set out for them. Not just fitness wise but skills as well.
Carlile's body shape has not changed, Chaplin has list weight around the gut, Trengove is still awkward and gangly dying to put on kg's, Butcher MUST stack on size this preseason, Redden was a big lump of a lad when we got him but we need him.bigger, Schulz was bigger at Richmond, Renouff needs to add size to his frame, Pittard, Moore, Jacobs, Wingard, Boak all need to seriously develop in the next 6 months to become elite AFL players, Ah Che could do with a bit more size... I hope we manage to get Garlett his geenes and game will allow him to succeed at the size he is but 20kg's would be ideal, keeping speed is a key though...
Jacobs will have surgery.Jeez that got out of hand. Are Jacobs and Chappy really injured though?

Is it purely coincidence that 2 of our lightest framed players in Pittard and Hitchcock suffer chronic hamstring injuries once they add a bit of weight to their frame?
OK OKLooks like the players have done little to nothing since
Yeah I guess with bodybuilding being a "tear and repair" activity you could be spot on the money. Is it purely coincidence that 2 of our lightest framed players in Pittard and Hitchcock suffer chronic hamstring injuries once they add a bit of weight to their frame?
I defy any of these anonymous keyboard heroes to look me in the eye and tell me Port aren't the best prepared Rugby Sevens team going! =
